Duas For Sleeping With Hadith

Beloved Prophet ﷺ has mentioned a few effective duas for sleeping. Which helps oneself to have a sound sleep. Not only it helps for a sound deep sleep but also it helps earn heavy rewards and Jannah to the reciter. There are a few recommendations that need to be followed and are best for one’s health.

Duas For Sleeping With Hadith

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah Radi ALLAHu ‘Anhu said: The Prophet ﷺ said:
“When one of you goes to his bed, let him dust off his bed with the inside of his lower garment, for he does not know what came onto it after he left it. Then let him say:
Bismika Rabbee Waz’atu Janbee, wa Bika Arfa’uhu, Fa-in, Amsaktaa Nafsee Far’ham-Haa, wa-in Arsal-tahaa Fah-Faz-haa, Bimaa Ta’hfazu Bihi ‘Ibaadakas-Saaliheena
With YOUR Name my Lord, I lay myself down; and with YOUR Name I rise. And if my soul YOU take, have mercy on it, and if YOU send it back then protect it as YOU protect YOUR righteous slaves.”
Saheeh Al-Bukhaari 6320 and Saheeh Muslim 2714

It was narrated that Hudhayfah ibn Al-Yamaan Radi ALLAHu ‘Anhu said:

When the Prophet ﷺ wanted to sleep, he would say, “Allahumma bismika ahyaa wa amoot (O ALLAH, in Your name I live and die)”, and when he woke up he would say
“Al-‘Hamdu Lillaah Allazee Ahyaanaa B’ada Ma Amaatanaa wa Ilayhi Al-Nushoor
Praise be to ALLAH who has brought us back to life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.”

Narrated ‘Aishah Radi ALLAHu ‘Anhu:

“The Prophet ﷺ would not sleep until he recited Surat Bani Isra’il and Az-Zumar.”

Recite “Subhaan ALLAH” 33 times, “Al-‘Hamdulillah” 33, and “ALLAHu akbar” 34 times.
It was narrated from ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib that Fatimah Radi ALLAHu ‘Anha went to the Prophet ﷺ and asked him for a servant. He said:

“Shall I not tell you of something that is better for you than that? When you go to sleep, glorify ALLAH (by saying Subhaan ALLAH ) thirty-three times, praise ALLAH (by saying Al-‘Hamdu Lillah) thirty-three times, and magnify Him (by saying ALLAHu akbar) thirty-four times.” And I have never abandoned [that practice] since then. It was said: Not even on the night of Siffeen? He said: Not even on the night of Siffeen.

Saheeh Al-Bukhaari 5362 and Saheeh Muslim 2727

It was narrated from Hafsah Radi ALLAHu ‘Anhu that when the Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ wanted to sleep, he would put his right hand under his right cheek, then he would say:

“ALLAHumma Qini ‘Azaabaka Yawma Tab’ath ‘Ibaadaka

O ALLAH, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your slaves)” three times.

ALLAH ﷻ Disliked This Kind of Posture While Sleeping
→ Learn the Sunnah way of sleeping

There could be some wisdom (Hikmah) behind this posture while sleeping. Therefore, a Muslim should not sleep on his stomach.

It was narrated from Qais bin Tihfah Al-Ghifari that his father said:

“The Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ found me sleeping in the masjid on my stomach. He nudged me with his foot and said: ‘Why are you sleeping like this? This is a kind of sleep that ALLAH dislikes,’ or ‘that ALLAH hates.’”

Dua for Health Recovery and Long Life

Human is weak and prone to diseases. At one time or another, he can encounter calamities. If he doesn’t fall sick he could meet an accident. There is nothing that can prevent him if ALLAH wills for him trouble through anyway. Being patient and praying to recover from the illness is the best a man can do. A dua for health and recovery is all a patient needs.

Dua for Health and Recovery in Hadith

Anas reported that when the Prophet came out of the privy he said, “Praise be to God who has removed harm from me and kept me in health.”
Ibn Majah transmitted it.
Mishkat al-Masabih 374 | Daeef (Al-Albani)
The dua mentioned in the above and below Hadith:
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الأَذَى وَعَافَانِ
Al’hamdulillahillazee Azhaba ‘Anni Azaa Wa ‘Aafaani
Praise be to God who has removed harm from me and kept me in health.
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik Radi ALLAHu ‘Anhu said:

“Whenever the Prophet exited the toilet, he would say: ‘Al-hamdu lillahilladhi adhhaba ‘annial-adha wa ‘afani (Praise is to Allah Who has relieved me of impurity and given me good health).’”

Narrated Abu Bakrah:

Abdur Rahman ibn Abu Bakrah said that he told his father: O my father! I hear you supplicating every morning: “O ALLAH! Grant me health in my body. O ALLAH! Grant me good hearing. O ALLAH! Grant me good eyesight. There is no god but Thou.” You repeat them three times in the morning and three times in the evening.

He said: I heard the Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ using these words as a supplication and I like to follow his practice.

The transmitter, Abbas, said in this version:

And you say: “O ALLAH! I seek refuge in Thee from infidelity and poverty. O ALLAH! I seek refuge in Thee from punishment in the grave. There is no god but Thee”. You repeat them three times in the morning and three times in the evening, and use them as a supplication. I like to follow his practice.

He said: The Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ said: The supplications to be used by one who is distressed are: “O ALLAH! Thy mercy is what I hope for. Do not abandon me to myself for an instant, but put all my affairs in good order for me. There is no god but Thou.” Some transmitters added more than others.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ
“O ALLAH! I seek refuge in you from the withholding of your favor, the decline of the good health you have given, the suddenness of your vengeance and from all forms of your wrath.”

Quranic Dua for Health By Sayyidina Ayyoob Alayhis Salam

Ayyoob Alayhis Salam suffered from a serious disease which was like leprosy and which affected his whole body except the heart and the tongue. In this miserable condition too he spent his time in prayers and in giving thanks to ALLAH Ta’ala with his heart and tongue.

Because of this serious illness all his relatives, friends, and neighbors avoided him and placed him near a garbage dump outside the city. Nobody went near him except his wife who used to take care of him.

In The Holy Quran, Surah Al-Anbiya Verse #83
رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Rabbahu Annee Massaniya-alddurru Wa-Anta Arhamu-alrrahimeena
“Indeed, adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful.”
The Holy Quran tells us only that he suffered from some serious disease but he endured his suffering with fortitude. Ultimately he prayed to ALLAH for recovery which was granted. During his illness, all his family members and friends disappeared.

They either died or just abandoned him to his fate. Then ALLAH Ta’ala restored him to complete health and gave him back all his children and also an equal number in addition.

One should be patient and thank ALLAH Ta’ala from the bottom of his heart for whatever he has. And keep reciting the abode dua of Ayyoob Alayhis Salam as much as he can.

Arabic:

دَعَوَاتُ الْمَكْرُوبِ اللَّهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَرْجُو فَلاَ تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي

طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ

Da’awaatul Makroobi ALLAHumma Ra’hmataka Arjoo Fala Takilnee Ila Nafsi

English:

O ALLAH! YOUR Mercy is what I hope for. Do not abandon me to myself for an instant,
but put all my affairs in good order for me. There is no God but YOU!

ya ALLAH TERI Rahmat ki mujhe ummid hai. Mujhe ekdam apni nafs par akela na chhorh

mere tamam kaam mere liye sahi kar de. TERE siva koi ma’abood nahi

It’s not a dua for desperation, I’ve read many have written this. For me, it is how to get everything when you have nothing. However, Rabbi inni lima anzalta dua can create miracles for you! This is exactly what has happened with Prophet Moosa A.S. when he was in desperate need.

Rabbi Inni Lima Anzalta Ilayya Min Khairin Faqir

Surah #28, Surah Al-Qasas, Verse #24 tells the incident of why Moosa A.S. asked ALLAH through rabbi inni lima anzalta dua.

A man was praying for more than 20 years for his need. Still, he is empty-handed. As of today, he asks ALLAH for the very same need with all the same hope and passion as it was at the initial times.

What causes Moosa A.S. to read this dua

Talking about Rabbi inni lima anzalta dua. We mustn’t forget that he has nothing with him. How helpless Hazrat Moosa A.S. was when he entered Madyan (a city).

When you feel like you are alone. It is not normal. You should identify time is telling you something you are not trying to swallow. Whatever might be the cause of your pain, agony, or problems in your life.

Whatever need you have it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter as everyone has its own needs and wants. This is how humans are. The belly of a human can only be filled with the dirt of the grave.

But if you have something to beg genuinely from ALLAH. You should be so sincere in your duas.

Madyan is the city of Sho’aib A.S. and comes within the territory of Fir’oun’s control. It is 8 days far from Egypt. Moosa A.S. never knew this city before. He has never seen the ways to this city. No money no food and no mode of carriage; horse, camel nothing.

At the time, when he was a infant Moosa A.S. was adopted by Fir’oun. And the day has come when Moosa A.S. managed to escape from this palace. It’s a long story.

A man came to Moosa A.S. and informed him. As it is mentioned in The Noble Quran, Surah #28, Surah Al-Qasas, Ayat/Verse #20

وَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِّنْ أَقْصَى الْمَدِينَةِ يَسْعَىٰ قَالَ يَا مُوسَىٰ إِنَّ الْمَلَأَ يَأْتَمِرُونَ بِكَ لِيَقْتُلُوكَ فَاخْرُجْ إِنِّي لَكَ مِنَ النَّاصِحِينَ

And a man came from the farthest end of the city, running. He said, “O Moses, indeed the eminent ones are conferring over you [intending] to kill you, so leave [the city]; indeed, I am to you of the sincere advisors.”

The escape of Moosa A.S. from Egypt was very hard and beyond our imaginations. The army of Fir’oun was searching him at every single suburb and exits. Somehow Moosa A.S. ran away from Egypt (Misr).

He headed towards Madyan. Moosa A.S. knows nothing about the ways to Madyan and where it is located. He is in the middle of nowhere now.

ALLAH has appointed Jibreel A.S. to guide him. While he was traveling to Madyan he ate nothing but the leaves of the trees. Or he was entirely hungry and has eaten nothing during this travel.

Let us imagine how painful it was. Imagine yourself in a city far away. Where no one knows you. Imagine yourself having no food and nothing for livelihood.

You have eaten the leaves of the trees and no food. Walking alone for days, no one to help!

And then he met the daughters of Hazrat Sho’aib A.S. who was too old. Standing far from the well waiting to fetch water. Because other shephars are already fetching from the same well. And they did not want to go into the crowd as they are female.

Even if he was so tired after a long travel, hungry with no energy at all. Being a human Moosa A.S. helped them to fetch the water and watered the flock.

As mentioned in the initial part of verse #24 of Surah Al-Qasas:

فَسَقَىٰ لَهُمَا ثُمَّ تَوَلَّىٰ إِلَى الظِّلِّ

Fasaqa Lahuma Summa Tawalla Ilazzilli

So he watered (their sheep) for them, then went back to the shade.

After returning the flock back to the daughters of Hazrat Sho’aib A.S. He came under the shadow of the tree and asked ALLAH to grant whatever good is for him.

And then Moosa A.S. said:

Rabbi Inni Lima Anzalta Ilayya Min Khairin Faqir

رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ

Rabbi Inni Lima Anzalta Ilayya Min Khairin Faqeerun

“My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need.”

Surah #28, Surah Al-Qasas, Part of Ayat/Verse #24

The daughters then told the entire incident to their father Hazrat Sho’aib A.S. was really impressed. Later called Moosa A.S. As mentioned in verse #25 of Surah Al-Qasas:

فَجَاءَتْهُ إِحْدَاهُمَا تَمْشِي عَلَى اسْتِحْيَاءٍ قَالَتْ إِنَّ أَبِي يَدْعُوكَ لِيَجْزِيَكَ أَجْرَ مَا سَقَيْتَ لَنَا ۚ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُ وَقَصَّ عَلَيْهِ الْقَصَصَ قَالَ لَا تَخَفْ ۖ نَجَوْتَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ

Then one of the two women came to him walking with shyness. She said, “Indeed, my father invites you that he may reward you for having watered for us.” So when he came to him and related to him the story, he said, “Fear not. You have escaped from the wrongdoing people.”

And finally asked him to marry one of his daughter.

As mentioned in verse #27 of Surah Al-Qasas:

قَالَ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُنكِحَكَ إِحْدَى ابْنَتَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ عَلَىٰ أَن تَأْجُرَنِي ثَمَانِيَ حِجَجٍ ۖ فَإِنْ أَتْمَمْتَ عَشْرًا فَمِنْ عِندِكَ ۖ وَمَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَيْكَ ۚ سَتَجِدُنِي إِن شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ

He said, “Indeed, I wish to wed you one of these, my two daughters, on [the condition] that you serve me for eight years; but if you complete ten, it will be [as a favor] from you. And I do not wish to put you in difficulty. You will find me, if ALLAH wills, from among the righteous.”

ALLAH Jalla Jalaaluhu provided him food, shelter, and a wife.

Rabbi Inni Lima Anzalta Dua for Sustenance & Needy
ALLAH Jalla Jalaaluhu has provided everything to Moosa A.S. according to the needs within his intentions. Undoubtedly, this dua will help the one who needs sustenance/Rizq through any halal mode.

Only ALLAH is the provider of the sustenance. HE has promised us this. But we should approach ALLAH for this.

Hadith
Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas’ud:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made me read the verse “It is I who give (all) sustenance, Lord of power, steadfast (for ever).

Sunan Abi Dawud 3993 | Grade : Saheeh (Al-Albani)

The verse stated in the above Hadith is from Surah #51, Ad-Dhaariyat, Verse/Ayat #58

إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الرَّزَّاقُ ذُو الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِينُ

InALLAHa Huwal-rRazzaaqu Zul-Qoowwatil Mateen

For ALLAH is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever).

Advice through Hadith to Increase Sustenance
Anas Radi ALLAHu ‘Anhu reported the Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ as saying :

Anyone who is pleased that his sustenance is expanded and his age extended should do kindness to his near relatives.

Note: Females should pause this amal during their periods/menses and continue it from the day they left. For example, if you performed this wazifa for 11 days and you got menses on day twelve (12). Then you should skip the wazifa during the menses and after when you get cleansed continue it from day 12.

Dua For Good Spouse in Quran Roman English

Jab Aapki umar shadi ki ho jaye aur Aap ek achhe hamsafar ka intekhaab karna chahte hai. Lekin Aapko pareshani aa rahi hai to yeh Qurani dua padhiye achhe hamsafar ke liye.

अच्छे हमसफर के लिए दुआ

हफ्ते के किसी भी दिन ईशा की नमाज़ के बाद।
वुज़ू कर के ही यह अमल करें।
अव्वल आखिर दुरूद् शरीफ 11-11 बार पढ़े।
फिर सूरह #78 अं-नबा की आयत #8 को एक सो इक्कीस(121) बार पढ़े।
वज़ीफ़ा पूरा करने के बाद। अल्लाह से दिल की गेहराईयूँ से दुआ करें एक अच्छे हमसफर के लिए जो आपके हक़ में बहतरीन साबित हो और अपनी पसंद का इज़हार अल्लाह से करें। ज़रूर देखिए→ कूंडे की नियाज़
इस वज़ीफ़ा को आपने इक्कीस(121) दिनों तक बिला नगह किये करना है।
एक अच्छे खूबसूरत, मुहब्बत देने वाला, परवाह करने वाला हमसफर से अल्लाह त’आला आपको नवाज़ेगा, इन शा अल्लाह।

ध्यान दीजिए : ख़वातीन हैज़/माहवारी के दिनों में वाज़िफ़ा तर्क कर दें पाक होने के बाद आगे दिन जोड़ कर वज़ीफ़ा जारी रखें|

Rishta Pakka Hone Ki Dua

Ladka ho ya ladki dono mein se kisi ka bhi rishta pakka hone ki dua ko ek khas tariqe se rozana parhiye. Ek maah ke andar-andar insha ALLAH shadi ho jayegi ya tamam asar hone lagenge. Yaqeen-e-kamil ke sath parhte hue rozana ALLAH Jalla Jalaaluhoo se dua kijiye.

Rishta Pakka Hone Ki Dua

Jo log apni shadi na hone ke liye pareshan hain. Ye wazifa unki shadi ki pareshani door karne wala hai insha ALLAH. Ise parhna bhi bahut hi aasan hai. Aur iska asar la jawab (kamal ka) hai. Kisi bhi jagah aap maujud hon is amal ko parh sakte hain. Zarur dekhiye→ Manpasand Rishte Ke Liye Dua

Na hi isme dino ki koi tay shudah miyaad hai aur na hi waqt ki qaid hai. Bas jab tak aapki shadi hone ke numaiyan aasar nazar na aane lag jayen, tab tak baqayedgi ke sath ye wazifa parhte rahiye.

Chand Baton Ka Khas Khayal Rakhiyega

Chahe wo rishta pakka hone ke liye ap wazifa parhein ya phir koi aur wazifa parhein. Dua ko qubuliyat ke liye chand kamon ka karna laazmi hota hai.

Namaz ki pabandi zarur kijiye.
Haram aur najayaz kamon se parhez kijiye.
Nek kamon ki taraf raghbat (ruju) kijiye.
Apne tamam chhote bade gunahon ki ALLAH Tabarak Wata ‘Ala se maafi mangte rahiye. Gunahon ki mafi ke liye→ Prayer for Forgiveness Astaghfar in Islam dekhiye.
Kamil yaqeen ke sath wird kijiye.
Dua mangne mein koi kasar na chhoriye.
Agar in baton par aapne amal kiya to aapka wazifa fatafat (fauran) apna asar dikhayega.

Jab bhi aap wazifa shuru karne ka irada karen, wuzu bana lijiye.
Quran Pak ki Surah adad 5, Surah Al-Maidah ki Ayat adad 114 ki saat (7) martaba tilawat kijiye.
Phir aasman ki taraf munh karke phoonk maar dijiye.
Dil aur dimagh mein apna shadi ka maqsad jamaye (banaye) rakhiye. Yani apni rishta jald se jald pakka ho jaye ye niyyat rakhiye.
Phir apne liye ek bahut hi achha rishta milne aur pakka hone ke liye dil o jan se ALLAH Ta’ala se dua kijiye.
Ye amal din bhar mein har ghante bad dauhraate rahiye. Yani har ghante bad ye ayat-e-mubarika saat (7) martaba parhiye, aasman ki taraf phoonk maariye aur dua kijiye.
Agar aap seedha aasman ki taraf dekhte hue phoonk nahi maar sakte to aap apne ghar mein hi rahte hue upar chhat ki taraf dekhte hue phoonk dijiye.
Insha ALLAH, ek hi mahine mein aapki shadi ke raste khulte hue nazar aayenge. Bahut achha rishta tay hoga aur shadi apne anjaam ko payegi, aameen.
Walidain chahen to wo bhi apni aulad ki behad achhi jagah shadi hone ke liye ye amal parh sakte hain.
Ghaur Talab: Khwateen haiz/mahwaari/ayyaam mein ye wazifa nahi parhen. Han magar unhe ye ayat-e-mubarika agar zubani yad ho to wo parh sakti hain.

रिश्ता पक्का होने की दुआ का वज़ीफ़ा कैसे पढ़ना है?
जब भी आप वज़ीफ़ा शुरू करने का इरादा करें, वुज़ू बना लीजिए|
क़ुरआन पाक की सुरह अदद 5, सुरह अल-माइदाह की आयत अदद 114 की सात (7) मर्तबा तिलावत कीजिए|
फिर आसमान की तरफ मुँह करके फूँक मार दीजिए|
दिल और दिमाग़ में अपना शादी का मक़सद जमाए (बनाए) रखिए|
फिर अपने लिए एक बहुत ही अच्छा रिश्ता मिलने और पक्का होने के लिए दिल ओ जान से अल्लाह ता’आला से दुआ कीजिए|
ये अमल दिन भर में हर घंटे बाद दौहराते रहिए| यानी हर घंटे बाद ये आयत-ए-मुबारिका सात (7) मर्तबा पढ़िए, आसमान की तरफ फूँक मारिए और दुआ कीजिए|
अगर आप सीधा आसमान की तरफ देखते हुए फूँक नही मार सकते तो आप अपने घर में ही रहते हुए उपर छत की तरफ देखते हुए फूँक दीजिए|
इंशा अल्लाह, एक ही महीने में आपकी शादी के रास्ते खुलते हुए नज़र आएँगे| बहुत अच्छा रिश्ता तय होगा और शादी अपने अंजाम को पाएगी, आमीन|
वालिदैन चाहें तो वो भी अपनी औलाद की बेहद अच्छी जगह शादी होने के लिए ये अमल पढ़ सकते हैं|

Dua For Confirmation Of Marriage Proposal

Make ablution whenever you are going to perform this wazifa.
Recite Surah number 5, Surah Al-Maidah, Verse number 114 of The Noble Quran, seven (7) times.
Afterward, make a blow towards the sky.
Keep in mind and heart the purpose of your marriage.
Then pray from the cores for approaching and accepting a very pious marriage proposal for you.
Repeat this process after every hour during the entire day. That means you will recite this verse seven (7) times after each hour and blow towards the sky and pray.
If you are unable to blow directly towards the sky, you can even blow by looking towards the ceiling of your room.
If ALLAH wills, the path for your marriage will get opened within a month. Your proposal will be confirmed and eventually, you will be married by the will of ALLAH.

If parents want to perform this wazifa for their children, they are allowed.

How To Perform This Wazifa

Anyone among mother or father can start this wazifa on any ordinary day.
Keep fast for three (3) consecutive days.
Every night after breaking the fast and before going to bed for sleep, make a fresh ablution.
Recite twenty-one (21) times Surah Furqan, verse number 74 with entire devotion and dedication.
Make pray for the safety, complete growth, and good health of your baby during pregnancy and sleep.

Note: One can also perform this wazifa for getting pregnant fast and having a beautiful baby.

Surah Alam Nashrah is the 94th surah of the Qur’an. The English meaning of this Surah is “Solace” or “Comfort” and is composed of 8 verses. It is classified a makki surah meaning its revelation was before Prophet Muhammed ﷺ had migrated from Makkah to Madina.

A person who recites Surah Alam Nashrah ALLAH Subhanahu Wata’Ala will give him safety and conviction.
A person who recites Surah Alam Nashrah on his/her chest, all the ailments in the chest such as heart palpitations will be cured by the virtues of this surah
A person who recites Surah Alam Nashrah 21 times a day daily will see all their worldly problems disappear very quickly.
A patient suffering from cough, cold, and flu, reading Surah Alam Nashrah and blowing on water and then drinks this water, Inshallah he/she will be fully cured.

Surah Alam Nashrah gives protection from diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and hepatitis
Reciting Surah Alam Nashrah 21 times after Fajar Salah will increase a person’s wealth and he/she will become rich by the virtue of this surah.

Imam Sadiq (May ALLAH bless him) narrated “ He who recites Surah Alam Nashrah during day and night, will die as a martyr and resurrected as a martyr and resembles one who fights in the way of ALLAH with his sword along with the Prophet Muhammed ﷺ.

The recitation of Surah Alam Nashrah increases memory and concentration.

Imam Ahmad Rida Khan (May ALLAH bless him) said; “To increase one’s memory, recite Surah Alam Nashrah 17 times and blow into the water and drink that water” Surah Alam Nashrah is the cure for ailments of kidney problems. Blowing into the water with Surah Alam Nashrah recited upon removes kidney stones and urine blockage.

How To Perform This Wazifa

Recite this Verse forty-one (41) times and blow in some clean water and just drink it. If the patient is very sick and is unable to perform the wazifa, any family member can perform this wazifa on their behalves. In such a case, the blown water has to be offered to the patient to drink.
Repeat this process daily to get a pain-free and healthy heart.

Alam Nashrah Laka Sadraka. Wa-wada’ana ‘Anka Wizraka.
Allazee Anqada Zahraqa. Warafa’ana Laka Zikraka.
Fa-inna Ma-‘al-Usri Usran. Inna Ma-‘al-Usri Usran
Fa-iza Faraghta Fansab. Wa-ila Rabbika Farghab.
Have We Not Uplifted Your Heart For You O Prophet,
And Relieved You Of The Burden,
Which Weighed So Heavily On Your Back,
And Elevated Your Renown For You?

So Once You Have Fulfilled Your Duty, Strive In Devotion,
Turning To Your Lord Alone With Hope.

How To Perform This Wazifa

At any suitable time and on any ordinary day.
Make a fresh ablution.
Recite Surah Number ninety-four (94), Surah Ash-Sharah (Alam-Nashrah) one (1) time, and blow on your chest.
Repeat this process every day with regularity till you get a complete cure to your entire heart problems.
This wazifa can also be performed by women to cure their chest or breast pain.

Note: One can perform all of these or any one of these wazaif for curing their chest/heart illness.

As all the wazaif are Quranic, so females should avoid performing these wazaif during their menses/periods

Dua To Get Married To A Specific Person

his Qurani ayat is a wonderful and tested & tried dua to get married to a specific person.

Dua To Get Married To A Specific Person

On any day you can go ahead to perform this wazifa.
For effective and quick results, it is best to perform this at the same time every day. A slight variation in minutes is not an issue.
On a prayer, firstly recite one of the admiration recital of ALLAH The Exalted “Subhan ALLAHi Wabi ‘Hamdihi” the meaning of this is “Glory be to ALLAH and all praise is due to HIM, glory be to ALLAH the great” then recite a part of the verse of Surah Ikhlas “ALLAHus-Samadu” the meaning of which is “The Eternal”. In the end, recite the last part of Verse #173 of Surah Aale-‘Imran “‘hasbunALLAH Wan’imal Wakeelu“.

While you perform this wazifa make a firm imagination of the one for whom you are performing this wazifa and taking the pain.
When you are done with the recital blow on that person 3 times in the imagination while your eyes are closed.

Conclude the entire process by making a strong dua to ALLAH The Almighty from the core of your heart to create love and to get married to that person. Pray in the state of prostration (Sajdah). If it’s the correct time for it.

The entire process from 1 to 7 can be performed every day for twenty-one (21) days continuously.
One can experience miraculous results within this time period Insha ALLAH.

Please Read: It is better to start this wazifa from such a day that, women can perform this for 21 days continuously. If in case they menstruate in between, they can skip during these days and add missing days further.

Kisi bhi din yeh amal shuro kar sakte hai.
Fauri aur achhe natije ke liye is amal ko roz usi waqt karen, kuch lamhon ki deri se koyi harj nahi
Namaz ke baad “Subhan ALLAHi Wabi ‘Hamdihi” [ALLAH paak hai, aur hamd (tareef) uske liye hai].
Phir surah Ikhlas ka ek (1) hissa yani ye ayat padhen “ALLAHus-Samadu”. Akhir mein #173 Surah Aale-‘Imran ayat ka ek hissa padhen “hasbunALLAH Wan’imal Wakeelu” parhein.
Sabko milakar is tarah se parhna hai. “Bismillah hirRa’hmaan nirRa’heem” ek bar shuru mein phir Subhan ALLAHi Wabi ‘Hamdihi ALLAHus-Samadu ‘husbunALLAH Wan’imal Wakeelu” is tarah se Bais (22) martaba padhen.
Jinke liye Aap yeh wazifa kar rahe hai unka pakka tasawwur karna lazmi hai.
Dua padhne ke baad ankhein band karke 3(teen) martaba phunk marein unke tasawwur mein.
Phir akhir mein khub dil ki gahrayi se dua karein ALLAH se ke unke dil mein Aapke liye behad muhabbat bhar de aur jald hi nikkah ke asbaab bhi bana den. Agar sajdeh ka sahi waqt ho to sajdeh mein ro-ro kar dua karein.

There is no limit of days of this wazifa but if ALLAH wills you will definitely get success within a month.
